Tracy Cao

Tracy came to New Zealand from mainland China in 2001 and completed her MBA in Auckland 2004.
Tracy joined one of NZ leading banks in 2004 and has a range of banking
experience that includes retail, business and commercial banking. She was an Asian Business Manager for seven years before taking a role as a Commercial Manager in 2013. Her commercial team of three people achieved top place(s) in the customer satisfaction survey in 2015-2019. She also ranked as a top Business Manager five years in a row.
To pursue with her own passion as a business owner, Tracy resigned from the bank and formed FloWealth, which provides financial services for both mortgage advice (on home, business and commercial Loans), and insurance advice (on key person’s insurances including Life, Trauma, Disability, Income protection and Health Insurance).
Tracy enjoys combining her banking experience with her business and financial skills to enable clients to achieve their financial ambitions. She is passionate about adding value for her clients as well as the wider Asian community. She does this by listening and understanding what matters to their personal and business needs, so that she can provide personalised mortgage and insurance advice services with tailored financial solutions.
In her spare time, she enjoys daily yoga practice and spending time with her two boys, also is very interested in health and wellbeing in general.
Catherine Tie

Catherine was born in Malaysia and came to New Zealand around 1995. Since she has graduated from Auckland University and has worked in various industries, including 10 years of experience in banking industries.
In 2005, she joined one of the leading banks. During her time with the bank, she was nominated as a super achiever and constantly stayed high on the leader board. She then left the bank in 2014 and managed holiday houses for a few years. After that, she had an opportunity to start a business in 2016, creating a brand which wholesales organic cleaning products to major New Zealand organic chain stores, greengrocer stores and supermarkets. At the same time, she was working with another business partner setting up a separate brand for trendy souvenirs and gifts. The company wholesales products to airport stores and some major tourist attraction’s gift shops, in both New Zealand and Australia. To promote the brands to retailers and sourcing for the suppliers, she attended several tradeshows a year in New Zealand and overseas. With a change of personal situation and the impact of Covid, Catherine decided to leave both companies and took a short break in 2020.
She joined Flowealth Limited in July 2021. She shares the same
passion of the team in helping clients achieving their financial goals. She is a personable and dedicated person with extensive experience in dealing with people from various backgrounds. Catherine has a strong passion about getting suitable protection towards people and their beloved family, she is in the process of becoming a qualified Insurance advisor.
